Persian Pornstar
£13Vanilla vodka & Pama pomegranate liqueur with passion fruit, pineapple, our house-made ginger-root syrup & lime. Served with a shot of pink prosecco on the side.
Mr Baklava
£13Baklava by way of an Old Fashioned: Woodford Reserve, Kahlúa & Disaronno with a blend of honey, cardamom & walnut bitters. Stirred over a large ice cube, with a little baklava to finish.
Albaloo Soor
£13Hendrick's Flora Adora gin with our Persian black cherry syrup, slow-simmered in-house, & fresh lime. A floral sour with a deep cherry finish, shaken to a silky foam.
Dirty Fig
£13Grey Goose with our own fig maceration, dry vermouth, a dash of brine & a finishing drop of olive oil. Our take on the dirty martini, served ice-cold.
Saffron Pêche
£13Gin & Rinquinquin peach apéritif with peach, fresh lemon & a touch of saffron.
Serkanjabin Sharbat
£13Tequila & orange liqueur with cucumber, mint & serkanjabin, a Persian mint-and-vinegar syrup, lifted with lime. Finished with a black lime & pink salt rim.

A wine list rooted in Lebanon
People have made wine in Lebanon's Bekaa Valley for six thousand years — high-altitude vineyards, intense sun, cool mountain nights. Almost no Glasgow restaurant pours it. We built our list around it.
Four wines from Château Oumsiyat— across white, rosé and red — sit beside the best of the wider wine world. They belong with our food, and there's nowhere better in the city to try them. Look for the Lebanon mark.
