Forget the roast. At Royâ, Sunday means the mangal — the charcoal grill at the heart of every Middle Eastern gathering. We load one enormous board with everything off the flame, slick it in harissa garlic butter, and set it down in the middle of your table. Then you do what Sundays are for: reach in, tear the naan, pass it round, and take your time.
No plating up. No portions. No standing on ceremony. Just smoke, spice, generosity, and the people you love — the way we've always eaten at home. Come hungry.

- The Mangal Board is £75 and serves two — koubideh, ribs, mangal sausage, wings, chicken, charred naan and grilled vegetables, all under harissa garlic butter with ezme, labneh, toum, harissa hot sauce and pickles.
- Is there a vegetarian option?
- Yes — the Veg Mangal Board (£58, serves two) is loaded with halloumi, king oyster mushroom, aubergine, cauliflower steak and more. It's vegetarian rather than fully vegan, and it must be pre-ordered when you book.
